Excel crashes on exit – OLEAUT32.DLL problem December 9, 2010

When trying to exit from Excel (2003 or 2007) by pressing Excel’s X button program crashes (stop working). Meantime if firstly close the opened file and after that close the Excel itself it closes by normal way.

Try disabling your Excel add-ins and test. If this doesn’t work, try changing
